On Saturday 27th April, 53,000 people, including one of our employees, ran in the TCS London Marathon 2024. This marathon is one of the 6 big ones among Boston, Chicago, New York, Berlin and Tokyo. It covers a distance of 42.2km and takes in iconic landmarks such as Cutty Sark, Tower Bridge, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace.
During the marathon, £67 million was raised for various charities.
This is a new world record for the largest single-day fundraising event.
